Powder-Coated 

Ideal for standard indoor environments and cost-sensitive projects. Provides a durable anti-rust coating with the lowest upfront cost. Service life: 5+ years.

Stainless Steel

Designed for high-humidity operations, frequent sanitation, or salt-spray areas. Zero corrosion, no chipping, ideal for pharmaceutical-grade cleanliness. Service life: 15+ years-more than 3 times longer than powder-coated steel grow rack.

Powder Coat H-Track Hand Crank

Made by stainless steel, more durable than powder coat, use life can last 20+ years, especially good for high humidity, suitable for the buyers who do not want to change facilities frequently.

Stainless Steel H-Track Hand Crank

360° movement with lockable casters. Ideal for multi-purpose rooms, cleaning between cycles, or reconfiguring layouts.

Powder Coat V-Track Hand Push

Suitable for the length less than 33ft(10m), moved by hand-push, adding the support to make the movement in one line.

Air Ventilation System

Air ducts, distribution pipes, and EC fans to deliver uniform airflow across all rack levels. Eliminates stagnant zones, reduces humidity-related diseases (mold/mildew), and promotes consistent transpiration and CO₂ distribution for healthier, more uniform crops.

LED & Semi

Auto Up-and-Down Lighting System-Full-spectrum LED grow lights (PPE 2.2–2.7 µmol/J) on each tier. Semi-automatic light lift mechanism allows you to adjust light height as the medical crop grows, reducing manual re-positioning time by over 50% – saving labor hours every week.

Lightweight Retractable Platform

Aluminum or stainless steel retractable work platform slides along the rack rows, providing stable, ergonomic access to all tier-cutting labor and improving safety.
