The automatic control system uses a Siemens or equivalent PLC with a 7″ industrial touchscreen. Connect up to 12 sensors (temperature, humidity, CO₂, light, substrate moisture, water temperature, EC, pH, flow, tank level). Define setpoints for heating, cooling, humidity, CO₂ (800–1500 ppm), lighting photoperiod, irrigation cycles and fertigation dosing. The system automatically triggers actuators, motorised valves, contactors, and variable-speed drives. Pre-programmed crop recipes (tomato, medical crop, lettuce, strawberry, etc.) allow one-click setup. Remote access via smartphone (iOS/Android) and PC gives real-time data, alarms and control anywhere. Data logging to cloud with CSV export. Expandable from 8 to 24 outputs, start small, add zones later.
A rugged IP65 enclosure houses high-quality toggle switches, push buttons or rotary dials. Each circuit controls a dedicated device: exhaust fans, circulation fans, water pumps, lighting contactors, irrigation solenoid valves, CO- burner on/off, dehumidifier power, etc. LED indicators show status at a glance. No programming, no software – just direct, instant control. Available in 4-circuit, 8 circuit, 12-circuit and custom configurations.
220V/380V single-phase or three-phase. All components are industrial-grade (relays, contactors, breakers). Pre-wired, labelled and tested. Can be field upgraded to automatic by replacing the front panel and adding sensors – wiring harness unchanged. Ideal for greenhouses, propagation rooms, or as a backup to the automatic system.
